Your First Visit
Whenever you call to schedule your first appointment, we’ll gather all of your information over the phone, so the only thing you’ll need to bring with you to your visit is our new patient forms (which you can download from the link below). On the day of your appointment, you’ll have an opportunity to speak with Dr. Lavino during your checkup. Our team will take X-rays and discuss any findings with you before thoroughly cleaning and polishing your teeth.
