Our dental team is more like family because we’ve been working with each other for so long! Both of our dental hygienists, as well as our dental assistants have been with us for over a decade. They’ve gotten to truly know their patients and are passionate about providing them with outstanding care that prioritizes their needs. Cyndi,
Office Manager/Insurance Coordinator
Cyndi has almost 30 years of dentistry experience, and she uses it to help our patients understand how to maximize their dental benefits so they can get the best treatment at the lowest cost. She has an Associate’s degree in dental assisting. Cyndi and her husband have two children, Erin and Ryan, and the whole family loves the outdoors. On weekends, you’ll often find them hiking, skiing, boating, or tending cattle on their ranch.

Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Cora brings an amazing 40+ years of experience to our team, and she says her favorite thing about dentistry is simple—the people! She loves working alongside such a passionate and skilled team as well as getting to meet so many people from the community. She has her Expanded Functions certification, which allows her to perform many procedures that a dentist can. She has two adult sons and likes to primarily hang out with her family away from work.
La Dawn,
Dental Assistant
La Dawn joined our practice 16 years ago, and she has 25 years of dental experience overall. She really enjoys her job because it allows her to help people and make a positive difference in their lives daily. La Dawn is married with two children (a son and daughter), and one of her favorite things to do is go to live concerts. She also plays bocce ball, likes to travel, and studies history in her free time.

Dental Hygienist
Judy has worked with Dr. Lavino for 16 years and has almost 40 years of experience as a dental hygienist. She loves that her job gives her the opportunity to meet so many amazing people in the community. She attended dental school at Diablo Valley College, and when she isn’t spending time with her nieces and nephews, she likes to bake, craft, do puzzles, and watch baseball (she has gone to multiple Oakland A’s World Series games).

Dental Hygienist
For Natalie, the best thing about her job is being able to help people improve their dental health and feel more confident about their smiles. She also loves that during this process, she gets to form deep relationships with her patients. She has been a hygienist and in the dental field for 10 years! Natalie is married, and her hobbies include baking, reading, enjoying the outdoors, and exercising.
Casey,
Dental Hygienist
Casey graduated from the Dental Hygiene Program at Diablo Valley College and has now been working in dentistry for 20 years. She began her career as a registered dental assistant and is now laser certified. An East Bay native, Casey is married with two young children. When they’re not relaxing at home, you’ll usually find the family on the baseball fields or camping. She also enjoys crafting in her down time.
